1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TradingMonster platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Experience before purchasing with our 3-Day Free Trial. No commitment required.

3. No Investment Advice

TradingMonster does not provide personalized trading advice. Please use the platform's indicators together with your own analysis before making trading decisions. We are a software provider, not a financial advisor.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TradingMonster, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

All Trading Monster subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period unless cancelled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Trading Monster to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee to your selected payment method on each renewal date.

To cancel your subscription and prevent the next recurring payment, you must contact our Customer Support team or email support@tradingmonster.ai at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the renewal date may not prevent the upcoming recurring charge.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for payments already processed. Any refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund Policy.
